Immediately after entering a new bug, one of the action choices is to "Accept"
the bug. This makes it assigned but the assignee is "unassignedbugs at nondot.org".
It should be the login of the user that accepted the bugs.

Workaround: use the reassign action to assign yourself after doing an accept.
