We need man pages for our tools, and yet we also would like to have web-viewable
HTML versions of those same man pages.

CommandGuide files are not following the standard documentation format/layout
(being HTML versions of manpages) so I am not CSS-ifying them. They should be
converted to some independent format that will then be able to generate man
pages and HTML output from the same input, so we don't have to change two places
every time we add/remove tool options/features.
