We need to come up with a different solution for "guessing" the LLVMGCCDIR,
where the "External" tests are (these should actually be dropped and moved to
the configure script for the test/Programs directory), and the location of the
bytecode libraries. All of these should default to more rational locations than
some place inside /home/vadve.
