We really really need a place to keep track of all of the neat projects and cool
things that people do with LLVM, even if they aren't full "publications".  Since
everyone has to write all of those silly reports, it only makes sense to put
them online. :)

We can harvest (with permission) reports from 497CZ, 497YYZ, 426 (current), 426
(last time), and the compiler class in Australia.

This would be a good way to show that, yes, LLVM is a good system for doing
neato projects, even if there is a time budget to getting something cool
up-and-running.
