[lldb-dev] LLDB for Windows

LLDB builds in Visual Studio 2013 for Windows. There's no native
debugging for Windows yet.
However, it can be used to debug remote targets running on Linux/FreeBSD
etc.
I haven't tried using MinGW. You can give it a try.
It may work.
