[lldb-dev] Building just lldb (and dependencies) using configure/make

Hi all,

Is there a make target somewhere in the configure-based system that builds
only lldb and its dependencies (including libclang) but without the extra
executables and non-lldb tests?  I don't know that it would save a lot of
build time, but it seems like we'd gain a little bit...
