[lldb-dev] tons of build errors on Linux

Heads up on Linux gcc builds via cmake/ninja.  Looks to be related to a
change in either clang or llvm that is essentially causing PRIu64 and other
basic defines not be defined where they used to be.  Not yet sure if it's
limited to gcc, linux or cmake.  If I roll clang and llvm back to end of
last night, all is good.

Tracking down now.
