I ran TestConcurrentEvents for a few hours in a loop, with the relevant tests
enabled (and the -l flag to run the really long-running stress tests) and found
that I was unable to reproduce this problem.

It's possible the underlying problem was resolved by 187522 or 187081..

Closing unless somebody can confirm a reproducer.
