Conceptually looks fine to me, but I can't help but feel like `SetExecutableModule` and `MarkExecutableModule` sound very similar even though they do different things. I'm almost certain I would mix them up at a glance. 

Looking at `SetExecutableModule`, it's more like `RebuildModuleListWithExecutable` since it clears out the module list and rebuilds it around a given executable module. How would you feel about that kind of rename? `MarkExecutableModule` would stay the same.
