The test was failing even before on: `assertTrue(sp_with_name_index < num_registers)`

     self.assertTrue(sp_with_name_index < num_registers)
 AssertionError: False is not true

`sp_with_name_index` was `UINT32_MAX`.

This happens only in swiftlang when using lldb-server.exe.
