Note for tests: since the setting is enabled by default, all the existing tests in `TestBreakpointConditions.py` start using DIL as well, and don't test the breakpoint condition using UserExpression, except for one new case that I added in the end. I can adjust it so that it runs all the existing tests twice with DIL disabled and enabled, but I'm not sure if that's needed, maybe it's an overkill.
