Get the mangling mode (IRExecutionUnit::m_strip_underscore) from the llvm::Module at IRExecutionUnit construction time, rather than getting it from the llvm::ExecutionEngine in GetRunnableInfo.

This is a step towards decoupling IRExecutionUnit from llvm::ExecutionEngine / MCJIT.
