Instead of defaulting to `OFF`, it would be great if the CMake could detect whether it should default to OFF or ON. Take a look at the logic for `LLDB_ENABLE_DYNAMIC_SCRIPTINTERPRETERS` as an example.

That way you wouldn't have to explicitly set it to `ON` when building LLDB for Emscripten. It will just do the right thing.
