LGTM. This is in line with what we did for [HostInfo](https://reviews.llvm.org/D82121). 

Two things I think we should keep in mind going forward:

- Do you envision we will need a dedicated Platform/HostInfo for Emscripten? If so, it might be better to do that early and inherit from the relevant ones (probably POSIX rather than Linux?). Which brings me to the second question:
- How should we handle Emscripten vs WASI? I know the former is more extensive while the latter is more restrictive. I assume the majority of LLDB could be built with both?
