Thanks so much for coming up with this decorator.  I'm still iterating on the watchpoint test in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/218819 so that part copied in to this PR is still up in the air a bit, but this is exactly what I needed.  And the only reason I depend on disabling ASLR is because watchpoint doesn't re-evaluate its expression when re-enabling, so I need things to land at the same address -- a hack to work around that watchpoint implementation detail for now.
