It's possible to have multiple Python installations in your PATH, your system will simply pick the first one in the PATH when calling `python.exe`, while still allowing to resolve multiple `python3xx.dll` files.

Can you please try to add `python311` after `python315` (latest Python) in your PATH? This should solve the issue and is much prefered compared to adding another environment variable.
