It might be good to do this explicitly, and when we make the command, take the short help and make a "completion help" from it.  We could auto-compute this by finding the first sentence.  And if we need to we could make a separate setting for the completion help for the case where you just HAD to put a `.` that wasn't a sentence delimiter in the first sentence of the short help.
