Yes, the MS demangler has the option to drop them (`OF_NoTagSpecifier`). However, it should be noted that we don't have mangled names for all functions. For `static` functions or ones in anonymous namespaces, we don't have symbols. There, we only have the demangled name from the compiler which we don't control.
