I prepared [MR](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/207663) to revert these changes. Unfortunately, didn't see any notifications from green dragon bots. Based on provided log, I think the problem that on MacOS fork stop happens in parent process, which cause child process to exit. I can not test my changes on MacOS, so I need more time to find proper solution of this problem.
