Unlike `MultiMemRead+` and `jMultiBreakpoint+`, there is no feature string for `jThreadsInfo` or for expedited frame-pointer backchain.

`m_supports_jThreadsInfo` is initialized to `true`.  lldb sends `jThreadsInfo` to stub and flip it off if it gets an explicit unsupported response.
