We have a requirement to be running at least macOS 10.11 (I think it's 10.12).  I think libcompression was one of the drivers of that.  I like to keep lldb at least back-deployable to older OSes for people who might be nursing old hardware/OS builds along for fun, but our minimum OS is right around there already, I think it's fine even if we require 10.13.
