KGDB doesn't explicitly include `<cstddef>` (see [here](https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/tree/devel/gdb/files/kgdb/amd64fbsd-kern.c)) so I thought it would be safe to do so. Would you like me to revert this PR? I'm fine with both.
