This isn't safe and we should not allow that and we have logic to try and actively prevent that: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/162384 

We need to remove the dependency on liblldb from TestingSupport. If we want to share code, we can make a `SBTestingSupport` or something instead.
