This PR will still be able to be found via. search or Google so I'm going to close it to take it out of the review queue.

I notice that https://lldb.llvm.org/#platform-support does not say PPC64, only PPC. So maybe it was never intended to work, odd though, because the code is set up to handle the different register sizes.
