I changed my mind. Given my disk usage and difficulty with running ppc64be, I don't think building and running ppc64be on my computer is highly inefficient. ppc64be FreeBSD is highly unmaintained and it might end up confronting boot issues even on qemu. We can leave this PR open until someone with ppc64 hardware shows up and confirms it's working, but I also want to note that without this change ppc64 won't have `GetRegisterSet`.
