LOG: [lldb] Fix Linux build when LLDB_ENABLE_PYTHON is OFF (#159825)

Remove 'lldb-python-scripts' from LLVM_DISTRIBUTION_COMPONENTS when
Python scripting is disabled. Otherwise we get
