Given that language support runs from:
* Pretend it's C++ and hope (Rust) to -
* Have an entire llvm fork (Swift).

The documentation is never going to be great, this is true. Next time a language is added we can at least record all the PRs in this document as an example, albeit one using the APIs of the time.
