The error message is different in current latest build (https://green.lab.llvm.org/job/llvm.org/view/LLDB/job/lldb-cmake/1907/testReport/junit/lldb-api/lang_c_forward/TestForwardDeclaration_py/) which makes me thinking it's related to clang module being out of date?
