It breaks testsuite if both `dwz` and `libc++` are installed. That is a bug of `dwz` itself, not a problem of this dwz-support-for-LLDB: Multifile drops DW_TAG_namespace::DW_AT_export_symbols <https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27572>
