This was discussed <http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/lldb-dev/2019-July/015103.html> on the mailing list and the consensus was that developers want it out of the lldb test suite (because it essentially doesn't work) but at the same time users want to keep it around. We moved lldb-mi here <https://github.com/lldb-tools/lldb-mi> for downstream maintainers/users to package/compile, so I think the removal is fine.
