[LLDB] Adding lldb_private namespace to DiagnosticSeverity. NFC.

This is a fix due to the addition of the new DiagnosticSeverity in
LLVMContext.h. This may warrant a change in name to be LLDB specific
but I leave that to the LLDB experts to refactor.
