This test is easy to try out on your own:

cd test/functionalities/plugins/python_os_plugin
make
../../build/Debug/lldb a.out
(lldb) b main
(lldb) r
(lldb) thread list
You should see a normal thread this
(lldb) settings set target.process.python-os-plugin-path ./operating_system2.py
(lldb) thread list

your thread from above should now display as 0x111111111

This is why the test is failing. Let me know what you see?
