I asked Galina if we could add a FreeBSD bot to the standard master
the last time this came up, and it's been running for a while:
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/lldb-x86_64-freebsd

It is configure+make though, not cmake, and I don't think there's
spare CPU to add another bot to the same machine.
