I don't know about that.  I just happen to be in an easy position to test it there since I generally work out of Xcode these days.  I don't think we can expect everyone to have every platform.  This is more where we need functional build bots, and need to be willing to revert or fix things really quickly.

This one happens to be a relatively core change which (clearly) has some tendrils.  I'm back to looking at it now.
