[Lldb-commits] [PATCH] Linux fixes for today: POSIXThread update and missing include

Hi all,

Please find a few assorted Linux build fixes attached, which are needed to build latest LLDB.

1. Update POSIXThread as per new Thread constructor
2. include <limits.h> for MAX_PATH reference

Review and/or commit appreciated when someone has a moment :) I can split the patch if required.
