I did a:

svn copy https://$USER@llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/lldb/trunk https://$USER@llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/lldb/branches/windows

It also says " - copied from r163222, lldb/trunk/"

I am not sure why the svn::mergeinfo says something about the GIL!?
