[libcxx-dev] Problem installing libcxx and libcxxabi using Bootstrapping on Amazon Linux 2

Apologies for replying late. I was/am working on some other issues on
Postgres 13 installation with plv8 and uuid-ossp extensions.

However today I tried to build and install as you directed in the
previous email and it does work!
