Not attached to this file: let's add a libc++ specific test to pin down the layout (size, alignment) of this type. We usually end up introducing these tests later as we make changes, but we might as well introduce it right now.

Since the type is still experimental, it's understood that the test can be broken/modified until we ship it for real.
