`diagnostics` is a section in The Standard. According to libc++ test-suite organization `libcxx/test/libcxx/diagnostics/` should contain related tests.

The following tests should live in `libcxx/test/libcxx/containers`: `unused_variables.compile.pass.cpp` `unused_variables.verify.cpp`
