Pushed a follow-up for the GCC 16 failure. `EmplaceOrInsert::size()` returned `int`, and `ranges::equal` compares it against `std::array::size()`, which trips `-Wsign-compare` on the GCC lane. It now returns `std::size_t`, same as the `Container` in `container.h`. Also picked up the naming nit.
