Subject: [PATCH] [libc++] Disable SSP in `clear_padding.pass.cpp`

Compile `clear_padding.pass.cpp` test `-fno-stack-protector` to fix
crash due to the generated code overflowing the buffer.  This is most
likely a bug in clang.
