#234169 deleted the release notes for LLVM 20, 21 and 22 but left them listed in the hidden toctree in `ReleaseNotes.rst`. Sphinx reports each as a nonexisting document, and because the libc++ docs build treats warnings as errors, the "Test documentation build" job now fails on every PR that touches the monorepo docs.

Remove the three stale toctree entries so the toctree only references release notes that still exist.
