ah sorry it was meant to be a draft and converted to draft now. I was trying to see what is still failing in our CI. I was expecting it fail on clang-23 on platforms with x87_80 long doubles .

there was a series of clang patches landed between clang 23 and clang 24 cycles that fixes various issues in the atomic builtins
