Reiterating again: users are meant to parse the module interface (that is, `std.cppm`) at least once to build a BMI if not the object file itself. This emits a warning, which probably should not be emitted. BMIs are sensitive to command-line flags, and cannot be supplied with the toolchain. There is no real documentation for this besides what I have provided, but it is convention, and it is how _every_ build system works with the standard library module across all three major standard library providers: they use the modules JSON to find the standard library module, build its BMI (and usually albeit optionally also an object file), which is then used to build downstream module units.
