Please contact your self hosted runner administrator."` — this is a self-hosted runner infrastructure crash, not a code failure. It has occurred on every re-run across multiple pushes. All other CI jobs (stage1, stage2, stage3, macOS, Windows, Buildkite) pass. Could you override this requirement or escalate to the LLVM infra team to fix the runner?
