Compiling the standard library module manually at the command-line emits this warning. It is quite obvious `std` is provided by the toolchain, and that warning shouldn't be emitted. This clutters up the output for users who enable stuff like `-Wall -Wextra`. For instance:
```
/usr/local/.../clang/host/linux-x86/clang-r614150/bin/clang++ -std=c++20 -stdlib=libc++ -fmodule-output=std.pcm -c /usr/local/.../clang/host/linux-x86/clang-r614150/share/libc++/v1/std.cppm -o std.o
/usr/local/.../clang-r614150/share/libc++/v1/std.cppm:167:15: warning: 'std' is a reserved name for a module
[-Wreserved-module-identifier]
167 | export module std;
| ^
1 warning generated.
