I'd like to understand on what platforms the assertion tests are failing and capture that in their `XFAIL`. Apart from that, I'd like to wait for all the CI to have completed and then I'll use Claude to diff the features that were detected in each CI job to make sure there was no unintended change (as discussed in the libc++ monthly).

Once that's done I think this patch is good to go.
