There is no reproducer for the issue being fixed, the change still makes unrelated/unmotivated changes like adding `_LIBCPP_ALWAYS_INLINE`, and the contribution is admittedly LLM generated.

If you can provide a reproducer of what this is fixing while explaining why this falls within our support window (supported Clang version, etc), we'll be happy to take a look. Until then, closing to protect our review time.
