I don't have a strong opinion in this specific case regarding splitting this into multiple files. I'd wait for a libc++ maintainers opinion. I still think you need a more appropriate name for the file than "intseq.binding/integer_seq.compile.pass.cpp".
I think I got it now: "binding.compile.pass.cpp" should be more up-to the convention.
