[Libclc-dev] [PATCH] Provide symlink to amdgcn LLVM IR bytecode for Tonga GPUs

Hi,

the attached patch adds generation of an additional symlink to amdgcn
LLVM IR bytecode, used by Tonga GPU.

Hope it can be merged.
